I am delighted you stopped by. My name is Shannan Baker, and I began my journey in weddings and events in my 20's while studying merchandising in college. I took a break while raising kids, and now that they are older I am ready to dive back in. I reside in Middleville with my husband, Dave. Together we have 7 children and one sweet little grandson. When we are not working we love northern Michigan, especially Frankfort. We love to road trip and find new and fun little bars and restaurants to hang out in. I am also a big fan of iced coffee, books, cats, and connection with people.
Willow Weddings and Events is an event management company that takes your ideas, themes, vendors and décor and works with you as the planner to make your event an unforgettable one so that on YOUR day you can focus on YOU and your family and friends. We work with individuals on any budget, because at Willow I believe EVERY client deserves to have their perfect day, regardless of how much is spent.
Events at Creekside is a large-scale greenhouse venue full of lush greens, soft lighting, and seasonal blooms. We can hold up to 300 guests at a time and book from April 1 through October 31 each year. We are privileged to share our space with Creekside Flower Market and it is very important to us to preserve the integrity of that piece and keep an organic and natural, and sustainable feel in our venue. We strive to remain budget friendly and accessible to everyone.
At Willow and Creekside we strive to provide the best possible service, products, environment, and experience while being flexible and willing to work and shift with you and your plans to make your event the one you have always hoped it would be. We also strive to be able to serve clients in all stages of life. From perfect proposals, weddings and baby showers to graduations, holiday gatherings, birthday parties, anniversaries, and beyond! (Think retirement! Yay!)
